Google Docs Method
We've seen people create specialized Google Docs for copy/paste operations. They keep it open in one tab, and go to it whenever they need an important piece of information.
Google Docs can be useful in this regard, because you are able to sync across your devices, format how you wish, and can trust Google to take care of it. Many other sites will erase your data, or it won't persist for one reason or another.
Google Docs is a good solution, but also has it's own problems:
- You have to remember to put the text in there
- You need to have this tab open all the time
- Google Docs is not really meant for this
Clipboard History Pro

We are a silent clipboard manager.
We sit in the background of your browser, waiting for you to copy something. Then BOOM! We save it for you in a safe spot (either locally or encrypted).
Now that we have saved this data, you can search for it, edit it, tag it, do whatever you want! Instead of relying on Google Docs, we have the ability to do things like:
- Auto save everything you copy
- Sort the most important things
- Better search functionality
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Access in every tab
- And much more!
